Try to double click the line you have been trying to pull up. The one under the panes.

double click does nothing, and i can pull it up but i wont close full

Click on "Pane" and choose "Customize View".  You can set it up the way you want and save the view.

thanks jim i got it the way i like now, the new 3D Is really cool but it allot of ram like 100mb when MC is on 3D pane

De nada.  That will probably go down after thumbnailing is complete.
