Title: Play hot key

 have J River Media Jukebox 12.0.49
I can't get the CTRL P hot key (play/pause) to work, all others I tested are OK
Any clue?

Issue resolved, this specific Hotkey combination was also captured by another application for different purpose

how did you resolve it ? not use the other app ? can't the guys change it to something my ms 4000 keyboard can use ?

I just need two hotkey, Delete playing file to recyle and Rate/Unrate playing file. That's all. Anyone pls help me because writing script is so hard for me.
