Title: Auto Advance to Next Track
Post by: DavidMW on December 10, 2017, 09:51:44 am
In increasing more cases, I have noticed that JRemote does not auto advance to the next track on an album. I could understand this happening when I'm out on cellular, but this is now happening in my home when connected to wifi. It is kind of a pain to go to my iPhone and manually select the following track at the end of each song. Any suggestions?

What are you playing to? Is it a direct audio output from your PC, or a DAC connected via USB, or is it via DLNA?

My set up is: Synology NAS => JRiver Id => iPhone6.

How are you playing on the IPhone? JRemote, other JRiver app or web app, or a UPNP / DLNA app?

Sorry, I'm using JRemote.

Since my last post, I have rebooted the NAS, the Id, and my iPhone, yet I have the same results.  I also noticed that when viewing a track in JRemote, it shows "1 of 1" (see link, below) when in reality I selected the entire album which, in this case, is 80 tracks. So, JRemote should display "1 of 80". If it is displaying "1 of 1", that is what I'm getting.

Very strange.

Rookie error (can I still call myself a rookie??). I somehow changed the default tap mode from "Play all now" to "Play now". Once I flipped it back, I was able to play all the tracks.
