Title: Can't Resume a 3D Movie After Pausing

Playback of a ripped 3d MVC MKV was fine. Then I paused it and couldn't even get the computer to switch to Task Manager. I had to restart the computer.
 
As far as I know Windows, MC and Nvidea drivers are up to date.
