Title: Kernel Panic CoreAudio Related
Post by: dichotomous1 on December 27, 2021, 02:13:43 pm
I'm running MC 27.0.89 on a MacPro (cylinder) Playing audio tracks via HDMI to a Yamaha amp. Track files stored on a Synology NAS.  Today,,,    I changed my DSP settings from  previously converting tracks with a 192k sample rate to 96k back to No Change.  During playback, all functioned as normal and was able to play 44k and 48k tracks but computer crashed upon switching to a 192k track.  Computer restarted and crashed again attempting to play the 192k track.  Sent reports to Apple, the logs look as if its a CoreAudio issue but I'm not versed enough to tell.  I changed the DSP setting back to convert 192k sample rate to 96k and playback functioned properly as before.  Am I correct in thinking this was a CoreAudio issue and not MC issue?    Logs are attached.

Thanks. J
