Title: A Question about using the Parametric equalizer

I am wondering if when specifying the range of the adjustment, can less than a octave can be entered? Example .5 octave.

For which filter? For a parametric equalizer filter, you can enter your Q. You can use this calculator to determine Q:
Q factor vs bandwidth in octaves (http://www.sengpielaudio.com/calculator-bandwidth.htm)

For .5 octaves, the Q is 2.87
