Title: How to put COVER ART in album folder?
Post by: mrrafs on September 11, 2003, 04:56:50 am
Hi

I would like to place all the Cover art MC has found into local mp3 Album folders i.e.  seperated into Music>Artist>Album>mp3+jpg

Is this possible? Or is there another app that can do the deed (as all the jpg's are the same name as the album folders)

when my plugin "Cover Art Finder" finds art you can click on an option for it to save coverart in the album folder.

is there a way of doing this but having the jpg's named something else apart from the word 'folder'?

thanks

What's wrong with 'folder'.  This is for the sake of windows.  I've never tried it but apparently you can have it display the cover art as a thumbnail for the folder in windows explorer if the folder contains a folder.jpg file.

Ya and it looks pretty cool, But if you have a lot of albums it takes a while to show all the images...

i'd just like the option of naming them artist_album just to keep things tidy. But i understand why its folder now.
