Title: PayPal Payment Problem - Help

I just paid for my Windows version upgrade with PayPal  but JRiver is not recognizing it. Help.

Tried this and provided the PayPal transaction id but got this response:

We could not authenticate your transaction.

Please try later at JRiver's PayPal support page. You will need your PayPal Transaction ID.

Your Paypal purchase probably wasn't finished and you probably weren't charged.  We'll check it tomorrow and let you know.
