Title: Is The MC21 Internal UK EPG Fixable ...

... or will we perminantly be expcted to use external EPG collection software?  Not expecting a quick fix but need to consider my future plans for recieving/recording TV

I've had no sucess with EPG collector from Caldbeck transmiter.

We do not know the answer at this time since we have no control over it.

Getting OTA guide data is on my list of things to do, but I have not started working on it, so I do not know when it will be done.  So in the long run, we might have a solution, but not in near future.

Why don't you try a different transmitter. It does work with dvb-s and dvb-t

I'll give that some thought.  It's probably my lack of skills /patience getting the external epg to work.  Because as you say others in UK have.  I can get channel but not programme data.  If anyone can post configuration settings for DBT,  Ca15 8pp,  Caldbeck transmitter.  I'd be grateful.

I'm not in UK so I can't test this - but it may be useful for some to use/try the Metabroadcast ATLAS service available through mc2xml program for UK EPG data. Has anyone looked at this?

It seems that the feed is now live again.  Using the standard mc2xml option I was using before the feed was turned off I now have guide data up to 22 September from the Heathfield transmitter.
