I've owned jriver from version 18 through to 21, I love music and films so once I used jriver I've never looked back, used xbmc, media center, media portal, media browser to name but a few, but they pale against jriver in my opinion.

I accepted the mountain of jriver learning when setting up my files and folders, and now look back and wonder what all the fuss was about.

How difficult is it to set an epg up after channel scan.

Let's compare jriver to win media center, select card to scan, scan, voila all done.

What info can I feed you guys so that you can help me, based on, I can scan some not all freesat channels, they play, and when using theater view I can step through channels, however I have no guide, the nearest I've got is a message that no guide data matches my channel list.

What country are you in?

Are you aware that EPG's in general have been a problem the last 3 or 4 weeks?  Microsoft made a big change.

I'm aware of some of the issues with Microsoft and epg data, as I said in the post, don't understand them, but aware.

I'm in the UK.

Are you saying that until Microsoft fix epg data issues then jriver in the UK will be troublesome?
