Title: Watched folders not recognizing new music

I've noticed since 21.0.5 that my watch folders are not being watched. I have to restart MC to get it to recognize newly added music files. I saw that someone recently reported this in the v20 forum also. I am not running a NAS, just external HDDs.

I had some files that hadn't auto-imported this week as well.  Didn't have time to investigate though.
