So I just downloaded an MP3 file... then imported it into MC20, which also does audio scanning.
Here's what it looks like in the dbpoweramp IDtag view:

Everything is good. Now, in MC20, I convert this file to FLAC. Now look at the resulting FLAC file in the same dbpoweramp IDtag viewer:

It would seem that MC20, when converting file formats, does not copy over all possible ID3 tags.
Is this a known issue, an unknown issue or an intended behavior?

It isn't a good idea to convert MP3 to FLAC. You won't gain anything.

Jim has a VERY good point there.
About the missing tags: The only ones that seem to be missing are ones associated with volume analysis. I'm guessing MC doesn't copy those, as it's not sure if they are correct. Of course MC has volume analysis built in and can be run on your new files, which should write those values into the tags too. Unless I'm not seeing some other tag that seems important?
