Title: Need to reinstall

HI, my software Jr. 21 does not work and I need to reinstall every time in order to use it. After I 'x' out of program and open it again a message appears that I need reinstall because it was previously installed with a different operating system. I recently upgraded to windows 10. Please advise if there is a fix. I purchased my upgrade in July and have a master license.

Download and install MC21.  Then use your Registration Code to do a Restore.

If you have trouble, install as admin.

Antivirus programs can sometimes prevent installation.

Hi, I restored my licensed, downloaded the software again. It only works once I have the program open. When I close out of the program and restart, the same thing happens. It tells my the software was installed with a different operating system. So the only way I can use this program is by installing it everytime. Please advise.

I don't know what to tell you.  It's possible that some "security" program is causing problems.

Did you install as admin?  What is the full version that you installed?

I installed version 21. will try uninstalling both 20 and 21 and start over again.
