Title: Problem with discount purchase of JRiver 21

On 20th september I decided to buy a discount upgrade to JRiver 21.

I don't know what i did wrong but I ended up with a double purchase and my credit card was charged twice.

I only need one license.

How can you help me?

I also am having difficulty with v.21 discount.  I have purchased many versions of JRiver MC and would like to purchase a Master license for Win and Mac.  When I log in to purchase via PP it shows the retail price without any further discount.  My understanding is previous licensees of v20 would receive a discount.  Is this correct and how does this occur?

You may need to restore your older license, and then purchase.  Instructions are here:
