Title: Changing the Value in a "Last Played" Field (Resolved)
Post by: Skeezix on September 26, 2015, 09:00:10 pm
I recently inserted a Last Played field into my MP3 library. I understand that its Edit type is a clear-only field, whose value is set or updated by Media Center. If I play a file then the date and time of the playing is inserted into that field. Otherwise the field contains "never played".

How can I change that "never played" to a blank field so that nothing appears in it?

What are you trying to do?  Find files that have never been played?  You can do that right now with:

[Last Played]=""

or

[Last Played]=0

You can't. It either says never played or the date it was last played. I'm sure you noticed you can change the date it was played back to never played.

Thank you for your reply.

I didn't think one could change that value but I guess it doesn't hurt to ask...

No, I didn't know one could change the date to "never played". Thanks for the tip.
