Title: Shuffle Feature
Post by: ScottMonster on September 27, 2015, 04:57:34 pm
There is one feature with Windows Media Player that I use frequently.  I shuffle load music to my Sony Walkman so I get a random playlist.  I can't find that feature with the JRiver app.  Am I looking at the wrong place?

Could you make a playlist from Play Doctor and then upload that list?

Any playlist can be sorted in random order.  Click on the playlist header, while it's displayed in the main window, and choose Sort > Random.

Smart Lists can do a LOT of stuff to randomize your selections.  You can set several different modifiers in SmartLists to do mixes, sorts, and limits based on rules.  See some of the examples here:

Finally, SmartLists (or regular playlists) can be used with the Handheld Sync system so these files (and the playlist files) can be copied to your handheld device.

That should help you I hope.  :)
