Title: Sync problems with Astell & Kern

My AK120 II, which synched without issue with MC20, bogs down and fails to complete with MC21.

MC21 sees the player, finds the tracks, and sets up the sync. But then when the sync starts, tracks return "error" as a result and eventually the whole process stalls.

Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

should add I am running Windows 10
