Title: Change in Dither Mode gets applied to all zones

Just installed MC21.0.9 and happened to notice that if I change the dither mode for one zone it gets similarly changed in other zones, which seems like a bug.

Its intentional. Its a global setting. No plans to change it either.

Fair enough that it's a global setting, but why then does it appear in the settings for a zone, under the heading "Zone to Configure"? Are any of the other settings in that pop-up window global?
