Title: Export Playlist with actual file as well

If I have a playlist on one machine with a bunch of songs, and I want to send that playlist along with the actual media as well is there an easy way to do it? Can I export the music to another location like USB drive without telling MC that the new location is where the file will be?

Sounds like you are after the Handheld Sync function of MC.  You set up an external drive (or just a folder on any drive you want for that matter) and tell it the playlist(s) you want to sync there.  When you tell it to sync, it then copies over all of the files *and* the playlist(s) and re-writes the playlists on the fly so that they point to the locations of the files you are syncing.
