Title: MC 21 static noise when playing ripped music (CD)

Hello,

So I'm not quite sure how to describe the problem but hopefully someone will understand.

I upgraded to MC 21 yesterday and when I play music (ripped from CD) it starts out with static for a couple seconds then then it stutter for 10-20 seconds then finely starts playing. Now when I'm playing music from my iTunes no problems.
Any help would be fantastic.

Hello,

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes I do have an antivirus program installed (Norton)

if this is the problem do you know a work around?

A bit of an update, I didn't uninstall my AV but what I think was the problem is I was using the JRiver app,  today I just played music useing the Yamaha app and no issues go back to the JRiver app same problem. Now of course this still could be an AV issue but it works great so a least I can play tunes.
