Hi、
I have a lot of Nikon raw image files (.nef) from my DSLR.
MC21 is very useful to view their picture with diverse tags.
I can automatically view their NEF files from Nikon D800/D7000 like a jpeg file in a media library of MC21,
but cannot view NEF files from D810(newer ? raw file, perhaps also D750) . It seems like faint sepia tone (color).
I would appreciate as long as it could view NEF image derived from D810 in the same way.

Perhaps there is a newer version of the Nikon NEF codec. I think I saw an update quite recently. You should check their site and update that codec.

Thank you for the suggestion, ssands!
I have already installed the current version of NEF codec,
but I think Nikon NEF codec is designed to work only Microsoft applications.
(i.e. IE, Windows photo-viewer, Windows photo-gallery,and so on).
I am afraid it does not improved, even if it has been updated.

Well, I'm out of ideas with the exception that if you are on a Mac, perhaps this will help.

But it's not a solution.

Hi, ssands.
Yes, the thumbnails of the NEF images is no problem in MC21 running on Windows 10,
but the larger size will not be displayed well !

NEF should already be a supported type. It's listed in our file associations XML file.
I've updated the LibRaw we're using to the latest version for the next build, so you could try that as well.

Thank you, Matt !
I'm looking forward to it !

Thank you for updating, Matt!
However, not only D810 raw images, but other raw image(D7000 raw, Sony raw(arw)) also were not displayed well.
Moreover, MC always will hang-up immediately, when I'm going to view raw images.
How should I do next ?
