Title: Transferring playlists from one output device to another

I'm not sure which forum to place this in as it crosses a number of areas.

My goal is simply stated: start listening to a playlist or album from my Android phone using a remote (JRemote or EOS currently) and have the ability to change the output device as needed, mid-track.

For example, I'm out and start an album playing on my phone via headphones, then get home and change the output to my DLNA TV, my Chromecast or my Sonos Play:1.

Obviously I could just restart the playlist or album on the new output, but ideally it'd be a touch of a button to switch the output at whatever point I've listened to in the playlist or album. Is this a feature request for the remote or MC itself?
