Title: Need some help with ISO files on a NAS

I have some video ISO files on my NAS and want to convert them to either avi or mp4 for viewing on my network.
If I choose either burn or rip in JRiver21 it wants to use my DVD drive...Is there anyway I can just use either my local hard drive or my NAS for the locations of the files??
