Title: Files location changed
Post by: lotriwer on October 13, 2015, 03:14:15 am
I have several playlists associated with folders on external HD. I am copying  all the files to new internal HD (with the same folders structure). Is there a way to relink files in existing playlists to new location?

Yes you can use the File  Rename, Move, Copy Library tool to repoint and/or move your files. If it is just a drive letter to be changed this is relatively painless. Repoinintg the database is an option on the top drop down menu of the tool (right click on selected records=<Library Tools or from the Tools menu or just hit the F6 key.

Here's some info to get you started :) http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Rename,_Move,_and_Copy_Files (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Rename,_Move,_and_Copy_Files)
