Title: Can't buy upgrade licence (from 19)

I'm getting the "Not a valid licence code" message when trying to upgrade from MC for Windows 19 to 21. I have just had the licence code resent to me and am cutting and pasting. I am confident that I am trying to do a Windows -> Windows upgrade. Any ideas?

Edit: I've also tried my MC18 code - doesn't work either...

...but having tried an upgrade from within 21 it has worked fine :)
