Title: WDM is working fine, but

as I'm new to utilizing the WDM driver maybe I'm missing something. Do I have to have JRiver running to use WDM for Spotify/Pandora? Is this the only option? Didn't see it in the WIKI. If it is the only option, then OK :) My system works great with no pops/clicks. Thanks.

Yes, it needs to be running at all times or else you won't get any sound output when using JRiver's WDM driver.

The easiest way to ensure it works all the time is by going to the Options > Startup and change the Windows Startup option to run Media Server.

It's probably more helpful to say that JRiver Media Centre doesn't need to be running to use the WDM driver, so you can safely shut that down.

The JRiver engine needs to be running and this is, as the Awesome Donkey explained, best achieved by running Media Server as a background process initiated on Windows start-up.

You can then simply leave this running and open up or shut down JRiver Media Center as often as you like.
