Title: Bug: MC9 as COM server always closes when released

Hi,

If I use GetObject for an existing our-of-proc instance of MC9 in VBScript, I can access the object just fine, however when I release the object, MC9 shuts down, even though I started up MC9 myself.  It shouldn't exit unless I actually create the object myself and the ref count is 0.

Make sure you're using 9.1.244 because that stuff changed today.

If it still doesn't work, let us know.
