Anyone else experienced crashing of MC21 on their Mac? I am back to running MC20 without issue. MC21 will sometimes run for hours without crashing but other times only a few minutes. In the console there is this message "2015-11-15 1:06:04.580 AM com.apple.launchd.peruser.501[312]: (com.jriver.MediaCenter21.146816[13189]) Job appears to have crashed: Abort trap: 6".
Any suggestions?
Cheers!

Were you using 21.0.19? It's here:

I'm running MC21.0.19 on OSX 10.9.5. MC is very reliable for me. I get the occasional lockup and the occasional crash, but they aren't very frequent.
I'm not sure what might be going on with your system. Are you running auto import? I've had that crash MC in the past when it hit a bad file or two. You might disable auto import for a while and see if that changes anything.

Yes, I did go to the latest version and decided to try MC21 again. This morning when I went to use my computer, I found the app crashed.
I am also using the auto import function, my library is on a NAS share.
Next time it crashes, I will see if there is anymore details logged.

Try turning off auto-import.
Some NAS drives seem to have problems with a lot of file activity. You could check for firmware updates for the NAS drive.

The NAS is just an samba share from an Ubuntu server (one OS drive and 4x4TB WD Red drives for the files share. The auto import functionality worked fine on MC20 but I can give that a try.
