Title: [Crash] - Double click in white space

Go to Standard View|Television|Recording Rules. 

In the white space at the bottom of the list, double click.  I have done this on 2 systems (windows 7 and windows 10...one client, one server)...in both cases, the application crashes.

Confirmed.  I have a fix pending.
