The Audio Path Input info doesn't show whether the bit depth of the source is integer or float. It would be great if this info could also be shown in the Audio Path.
I would like to confirm whether MC's ASIO Line-in driver accepts 32 bit int or float data.

Can anyone please reply?

ASIO drivers accept up to 32-bit integer and 32 or 64-bit floating point. JRiver's ASIO input should do the same. Once received by JRiver, it is converted to 64-bit floating point. No DAW software or ASIO drivers that I'm aware of indicate integer or float.

The thing is JRiver's ASIO Line-in always shows 32-bit input, irrespective of the output bitdepth set in the application outputting to JRiver (via ASIO). uLilith software (http://www.project9k.jp/download/uLilith/ (http://www.project9k.jp/download/uLilith/)) allows selecting all kinds of output bitdepth with ASIO output (to JRiver Line-in): it offers 8-bit int, 16-bit int, 24-bit int, 32-bit int, 32-bit float and 64-bit float as output choices. I tried each of them and found that JRiver shows 32-bit input in all the cases. So I was wondering whether JRiver Line-in accepts 32-bit int or float data.
