I like having the aural feedback when using the EPG in Theater View, but it is rather loud on my setup. Is there a setting somewhere that I missed that allows you to reduce the volume of the system sounds? Thanks?
-
I thought the sounds were off by default?
In any event, it's here:
Options > Theater View > Behavior > Play sounds
-
I don't want to turn off the system sounds, I just would like to reduce the volume of the clicks so they are more subtle.
-
Sorry, but you can either turn the sounds in Theater View on or off. There's no other settings.
-
No problem. Thanks

I had a thought. Not sure how difficult it would be to do, but it would be nice if the system sound volume (like the clicks) in JRiver were controlled by the system sounds volume in the Windows Volume Mixer.

Just a little follow up.
All the sounds are in:
[Install Path]\Skins\Theater View\Shared\Sounds
You could edit them to your liking. Turn the volume down, etc.
