Title: how to encode CD to mp3 in 192Kbps Stereo 48.0 Khz

I'm new to mp3.  Someone told me it's abt the setting of external encoder.... How can I get 48.0 Khz instead of 44.1 Khz by setting the parameters of external encoder.... IT'S SUPER URGENT!!! Thanks!!

You can download the LAME encoder from here:

The zip should contain an html doc (switches.html) that lists all of the switches available. There's probably one that will resample to other frequencies.
