Title: DSP Studio - Source:...
Post by: DDD on November 28, 2015, 09:02:45 pm
I've noticed that the source display, at the bottom of the DSP Studio where it says (for example) "Source: 192kHz 24bit 2ch", it sometimes doesn't update. I have noticed this a few times now when going from 96khz content to 192khz content it will still say 96khz. Can anyone else confirm this issue?

Thanks!

I can't reproduce this.  I'm switching between 44.1 and 192 and the DSP Studio always updates.  I also tried 96 to 192 and that also worked.

Weird. It still does it for me. It seems that the "Source" won't update unless the "Internal" does. I have it set to resample audio (44.1 and 88.2 and sacd to 176.4, 96 to 192. I seem to be able to replicate the issue myself every time. For example I can replicate this by switching between a 44.1khz song and an sacd, or switching between 96 to 192, etc.

Oh, resampling was the key.

Look for a fix coming in the next build:
Fixed: When resampling, the source format listed in DSP Studio wouldn't get updated properly when switching tracks.

Ok, thanks. Keep up the great work!
