Can you try another drive or another machine?

Can you try another drive or another machine?
Two different optical drives failed at the same point.
-
Can you rip it with anything else? It's possible you have a bad disc.
What version of MC are you running? 20.0.132 is at the top of this board.

Disk space?

two discs I recently purchased fail like this. Both discs are from Pentatone, a label that markets it's recording excellence.
They will rip a song or 2 then the Failed notice.
I have a 3rd disc from them this month that ripped just fine.
All others discs rip perfectly. I rip all new discs I get, over 20 this month alone.
I have two different optical drives and these discs fail on both.

I am sure it is the latest (not sure how to check) as I though I had bought 21. Only like 2 months ago.

Disk space?
Yes, ripped several discs after these fails.

Can another program, like Exact Audio Copy, or DBPoweramp rip these disks that give MC a problem?
Unrelated: To check the version of MC, to go Help > About Media Center

The Windows file name path cannot exceed a certain number of characters including the folders and file name. If you exceed that, you cannot save or write to the file with software. It is a Windows limitation and not a something related to JRiver
