Title: Sound issues live tv

When I play live tv the sound has static like it can't pick up voices,but I can hear other sounds from the video. When I disable and enble the sound driver than it works,till.I change the channel any suggestions thanks

What is your Audio routing (PC soundcard/PC speakers, PC via HDMI to TV speakers, PC via HDMI to Receiver, etc.)?

  Sorry I should have given more info. Right now I am playing on an older core duo windows 10 laptop speakers.  I am using a hd homerun connect as the tuner.

Have you tried setting "Output Format" to "2 Channels (stereo)" at "Tools>Options>Audio>DSP & Output Format"?

At Audio>Default Audio Device, try WASAPI if your not already, also be sure to have "Bit streaming" set to "None".
