Title: Upgrade Discount Not Available

I have MC20.0.131 installed and was going to upgrade to MC21. I purchased MC20 on 1/23/2015 and received the email with the Registration Code. When I go to http://jriver.com/purchase_21_as_upgrade.html (http://jriver.com/purchase_21_as_upgrade.html) and paste the copied Registration Code into the box I get a pop up window that states "We could not find an upgrade available for the Registration Code you entered".

I can't seem to find any additional help for this matter so hopefully someone will look into this for me.
