Title: MC21.0.24: VST-Plugin settings not fully restored from MC20

I noted the following bug:

I backed-up the library in MC20.0.132
I restored the library and setting in MC21.0.24
This resulted in disappeared VST-plugins in DSP-studio.
I had 5 different VST-plugins configured in MC20. After restoring in MC21 none have been there anymore.

Other settings like acourate-asio etc. in DSP-studio have been kept.

This is known and is not a bug. You will need to reinstall any 3rd party plugins and skins.

okay, thanks, its already known.

So its a feature, not a bug.
