Hi, I am new to the forum. I have used MC 16 and 18 in the past on Windows. I recently purchased a Mac and added MC 21 to it. I can't find the visualizations when playing music files. Is it hidden somewhere or is it not supported in the Mac version?
Thanks for the help!

As far as I'm aware, MC for Mac has no visualizations at all. It's a teeny bit disappointing. But overall I'm really happy with MC for Mac. I'm sure it will only get better. :)

That is included in my comparison thread.

Thanks for the reply Blgentry. I feel better now just knowing that I wasn’t doing something stupid.
Sorry Glynor, I read the comparison thread but did not see it. I will read it again, thanks

Do you have any plans about adding visualisations? Woild be nice! For me it´s a very important thing.

For whatever it's worth, I was bending the ear of our Mac expert about adding visualizations.
I think the problem was that they need D3D, but there's also a 2D render path so that should be able to be #ifdef'd away.
He said he'd revisit it soon.

Maybe a first little step for you on the way to perfect visualizations but a very big thing for me and others, if just the little html-file could be generated by the player to be configured by myself to show some trackinfos and remove this windows to a second dektop, beamer,.. like in the windows version. Maybe that doesn´t need so much work?

I second this request. Would love to be able to configure the track info area similar to the functionality in the Windows version.

Great news that mc22 will come. Will it bring visualizations?
