Title: Gizmo help

Hi I am having trouble connecting with Gizmo. I did install a new router recently but to make sure I can connect I temporarily disabled the firewall and I still can not connect. Do I have to get a new key? I restarted my PC and tablet to make sure but that didn't help. ?

Got it. I had to go into JRiver and reset. Not sure what I did but it is now working. ;)
