Title: Gizmo Feature Request: Differentiate between wifi and cell networks?

Any chance of getting separate quality settings for wifi networks and cell networks i.e when I'm home on wifi bandwidth consumption isn't a problem, so run at higher bit rate. When I'm on cell network stream at a lower bit rate.

I agree, it is very useful feature on EOS to be able to set different settings (see pic)
