Title: MC v21.0.23 - Eiosis AirEQ VST won't load in DSP Studio

Dear JRiver,

my favourite VST EQ Eiosis AirEQ just won't load in DSP Studio. It has even crashed once. The playback was stopped when I've tried to load it.

I have no problems using other VSTs (for example Sonarworks Reference 3, TT Dynamic Range Meter, ...).

Don't know where to start debugging this problem, because AirEQ VST just loads correctly in all my DAWs (Reaper, Presonus Studio One, ...)

My system is Windows 8.1.1 x64, I have a licensed copy of JRiver MC v21.0.23 ...

I'd be really glad if this can be solved because I want to apply a touch of AirEQ when I'm listening, just like other folks do with DMG Equilibrium VST!

No hints on how to debug this?

If I can manage to get some crash / debug log from MC21, I'd try to get in touch with the folks at Eiosis ...

Hello Matt,

thank you for replying and willing to help, I really appreciate it.

I'm afraid you won't be able to "test" Eiosis AirEQ due to its copy protection - PACE iLok.
It requires iLok USB dongle, so unless you have one it won't work and demo is not possible without dongle :/

But if you have some "debug" version of JRiver MC, I can probably test it to some extent to see where it hangs...
