Title: Trying to get jremote to work

I am using JRemote IOS with my network that is hard ethernet wired not wireless.  I download the app, get the access number, accept entry through the firewall and when I key in the access key on JRemote and select connect it gives me a message "connecting to IP: 192.168.2.116 Port: 52199 then directly below there is a red triangle beside it saying "timed out".  I try to access it with my IP address and get the same exact message.

That still could be your firewall.

Is that your inside address?  Are you connecting from inside?
