Title: windowed properties window always on top

Where's the setting hiding? I can't find it for the life of me ::)

got it. Thnx JLee.

Needed to restart MC to see it, and the "resize" "close" etc options. Before restarting, all I got from a right click on the title bar was the "show as window" option.
