Title: Cannot add radio Stations

I am trying to add stations but JRiver always says that the browser is not working and or to add new version of JRiver but my version is up to date.  I have created a playlist to add radio stations but only added one and it will not add anymore.  I am an in data privacy/data security so, please give me some help!  I am new to JRiver.
