Title: Difference between Artist Images in Standard View and Theatre View

In Standard View, all of the Artists have images. In Theatre View, two of the Artists display album stacks instead of Artist images. The two problems are:
1) Album Artist is "Elvis Costello", Artist is either "Elvis Costello" or "Elvis Costello & the Attractions"
2) Album Artist is "Queen", Artist is either "Queen" or "Queen and David Bowie"

I would expect this issue if Theatre View were configured to use Artist instead of Album Artist. In my Theatre View setup:
Audio
     Artist

The Details for Artist are:
     Name: Artist
     Type: Library Field: Album Artist (auto)
     Type: Library Field: Album

I tried changing Album Artist (auto) to Album Artist, to no success.

Any suggestions?

I deleted all of the Artist images from the cover art folder and rebuilt with new images from LastFM - problem is still there.

Sorry that I didn't find the duplicate thread when I searched! It is the same issue.
