I would like to use the audio processing engine in JRiver when listening to my turntable -to simulate 5.1 audio.
I have a Windows 10 computer with 6 channel onboard audio.
I have a Zonar D1 card installed that I use for listening to the turntable at 96khz -24bit. The output of this card is set to Zonar 2 channel out. There is nothing connected to the output of the Zonar card.
JRiver is outputting simulated 5.1 channels from the stored music using WASAPI very nicely over the 6 channel onboard audio using Realtek drivers at 96khz -24bit.
When I click "open live" I get the message that something went wrong. So what am I doing wrong?
I am getting 2 channel output for the turntable from the on board audio with this setting. Thanks, Jim
