Post by: yoyoc on January 05, 2016, 07:37:36 pm
I recently purchassed a Blue Ray of 2 movies . Grumpy Old Men and Grumpier Old Men.

I ripped on MC 21 and it ripped only the first movie but  not the second one.

How can I rip the grumpier old men, the second movie.

Thanks

Hi, I'm presuming that:
1) it is one Blu-ray with the 2 Movies on it, and
2) you used MC Rip To Disc function

If that is the case you already have both movies "ripped".  Each Movie will be represented by a separate "Title", and you can access these when playing by doing a Right Click --> Titles--> and the look and pick the one that seems appropriate.  Once you have the worked out you can create a separate entry in MC for this other Title using Particles (Right click on the Entry--> Stacks--> Advanced--> AutoCreate Title Particles.  Delete the ones you don't want, keeps the ones you do (and tag them up).

You could also rip the movies individually using the (free) makeMKV program. You would select the first movie by itself, rip it, then go back into program and select just the second movie, and rip it.
