Title: registration

I have bought an upgrade to MC21.  I have confirmation of purchase from Paypal and also from JRiver with a registration key which says that my app had been updated but when i go to help in the app and look at registration it says it hasn't been registered and i appear to be on a free trial.

What should I do.

You need to install your registration file for MC to see it.  Extract the .MJR file that you were emailed.  That's the registration file.  Double click it.  That should install the registration so that MC can see it.  Check to make sure.
