Title: Database with images (and no audio or video cover art)
Post by: stanzani on January 09, 2016, 09:42:59 am
Hello
I have my database on a nas unit and I store video, music and picures into three different directory
I am puzzled since I see in the image section of JRiver all the cover arts of CDs and movies. How can avoid this i.e. preventing JRiver to scan images from other repositories than pictures?

thanks much

Change the image view to only include the directory for your photos

For example if your photos are in /photos and your covert arts are in /music, change the view rules to

Filename (path) contains photos
Or
Filename (path) does not contain music

This can be accessed by right clicking the view, set rules for file display

You probably have auto import set up so that it looks for all file types in all directories.  Change it so that auto import only imports AUDIO from your audio directory; only imports Video from your video directory, etc.
