Title: Sleep Timer error "Interface plug-in "Sleep Timer" is not the correct version"

On MC21 the Sleep Timer Plug In int_sleeptimer.mjp stopped working so tried reinstalling it but I don't think the install process completes properly (install dialogue box disappears after a period), on starting up MC21 a popup Information box displays "Interface plug-in "Sleep Timer" is not the correct version". In MC21 Tools/Options/Services/Manage Interface plug-ins... does not list the Sleep Timer.
Any ideas on how to fix this short of a complete reinstall of MC21
